Our EBR Deckle System is perhaps the single most significant advancement in the industry since computer-aided profile control — paying for itself after just a few months of operation. It allows processors to change the width of the extrudate without downtime while minimizing the extruded edge bead and resulting trim. The EBR system offers advanced options such as motorized and remote deckle adjustment as an option.
